Our goal is simple -- to provide a quick, easy look at the local San Francisco blues scene, Who Plays What and Where They Play, with lots of links to more in-depth information.
We don't promise up-to-the-minute scheduling, as there's no way we can compete with the likes of Pollstar or the new-stuff-everyday aspects of web sources like the Bay Area Blues section on Yahoo! or the indefatigable work of blues booster extraordinaire Linda Maria.
Hell, we're not here to compete. But we do strive to link you to the artists' and venues' own websites or, at the very least, provide a telephone number.
Our service is an amateur service, born of our enthusiasm for the Art of the Blues. If we've hurt anyone's feelings or gotten something wrong, missed some relevant fact or association, boosted a photo or graphic and failed to give credit, or otherwise pissed anyone off, please don't hesitate to let us know.
